Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products, we DO NOT accept returns nor issue refunds. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at support@dbdcustomcreations.com. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to assist. Exceptions may be made at owner discretion IF any refunds or exchanges can be made, if exceptions are made items must be postmarked 1 Day from the date of the confirmed return email. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*
