Shipping policy
All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow 7 to 10 business days for order processing (this does not include the day the order is placed, holidays or weekends). If items are needed sooner, please email us at support@dbdcustomcreations.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe. *For the Christmas Rush, please allow 7 to 14 business days for order processing.*
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.Â
**Returned Packages: If an item is returned due to being unclaimed or wrong shipping address, there will not be another shipping label created to ship the item again. You will be notified via email that your package was returned to us and there will be a restocking fee of 20%. Your remaining balance after the restocking fee and shipping has been subtracted will be refunded to your original payment method.**
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, DBD Custom Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
